I found my bed all torn up - even the mattress was off in the floor. I said, "Wait a minute - who did this?" What's the big idea?" Hans took a step towards me and challenged, "I did, runt; wha'cha gonna do about it?"He'd managed that much in English - so I shot back, "I'll teach you to mess up my stuff!" and then repeated it in Danish. Then I pitched into him, while Billy hollered, "Fight! Fight!"Bob first assumed Billy was kidding, and ignored him. So Billy yelled, "Bob, Chris is beating up Hans!" Bob could hear us rolling around on the floor, and Hans yelled, "Hey, cut it out! Help, Bob, he's hurting me!" - which certainly wasn't true, because Hans is bigger than me.And in only a moment Hans had floored me, was sitting on my back, and spanking me with his hand. So I yelled, in Swedish, "Bob - he's fixing to rape me!" Now, I'd said it in Swedish, so only Billy and Bob knew what I'd said - Hans hadn't a clue that I'd just accused him of committing a felony. I'd used the standard, legal term for "sodomize", in Swedish (beg sodomi med) - not any slang expression - and many, many defendants have been convicted of "attempted sodomy" for simply having touched the (supposed) victim's tail, without really attempting to "do anything."So I was on solid legal ground, and could have shown "probable cause." We usually take it out in double entendres and pretending to act "tough" - our jousting is more cerebral than physical. Anyhow, it got Bob and Billy's attention - since they were the only ones who knew what I'd said. Billy had been trying to pull Hans off me, yelling, "Hey, you leave my brother alone!" But when he heard me say "sodomize", his eyes wi
