This publication is a free translation of the General Tax Code of Gabon, resulting from the law n°027/2008 of January 22nd, 2009, updated of the texts published in January 1st, 2013, in particular the finance law for 2013. The translation is designed to provide accurate and authoritative information to the non French-speaking taxpayers in regard to their rights and obligations.
