On December 27, 1979, the series David Jacobs had created before 'Dallas' debuted on CBS Television. Nobody knew that it would not only enjoy the success of its sister (or in this case, brother) series, they would both have a 14 year run. This is a story of family, friends, enemies, business associates, and those who crossed the path of the residents of a small California town named Knots Landing.
