The fruits are of handsome appearance, being uni formly large, smooth, and having a rich dark crimson skin. Its avor is deliciously sub acid. True giant ponderosa is well known wherever pink or crimson tomatoes are pre ferred. The plants not only bear an immense crop of tomatoes but the individual fruits are very large.
