Author Description

Chinese American Lt. Quan Chang is accused of using his Navy war college position to steal Top Secret equipment. He is arrested by NCIS and the FBI. Because he is one of China's best spies they try to free him. A team of Chinese / Russian commandos are sent to siege the Federal Court building. Haphazardly, our hero, Duane Fletcher is right next door at traffic court. He tries his best to stop the plot and save the day.
