Author Description

Judith Higgins is a single mother. Her son Noah is autistic and is about to be expelled from school because of his violent meltdowns. She reluctantly accepts an invitation from a near-by university to enroll her son in an experimental program in which special needs children are cared for by select inmates from a correctional facility. This is where Delton Hayes enters their lives and changes it forever. Through struggles, the three eventually come to realize how much they need each other. But when tragedy strikes, and they are pulled apart, how do they now move forward?
