Author Description

Tia wrote this childrens story while teaching her previous students a scientific unit on Alaskas ecosystems. As a class, they discussed real Alaska food chains and the element of trophic levels. Upon diving into our study, they recognized that there was a lack of story books that properly classified what they were learning. This title has transpired out of that need. Tia wrote this text built on factual information in order to better guide her students to a deeper understanding of the lesson that was meant to be learned.
