Do you remember the good old days of the holiday camp? When people holidayed on camps instead of going abroad? Days when fun was had by many? This memoir recalls the fun times had by campers enjoying the facilities the camps could offer. My stories come from Dovercourt Bay, where the amazing and unforgettable TV series Hi-De-Hi was filmed. Come along with me as I reminisce through many happy years in the company of the Warner's entertainers, and my family and friends. The journey begins in 1962 and ends with the sad closure of the camp in 1990 - years we are unlikely to witness again.
