The Military Mentorship Mastermind is a concept founded in 2020 to continue the high-performing leadership growth and mentorship found in our United States Military. Our military is known for its ability to cultivate leaders who make life and death decisions that shape the future of this nation with limited information on accelerated timelines. Mentorship is the key secret to consistent and accelerated military leadership development. The US military demands definitive leadership on two-year rotations with exponentially increasing levels of authority, responsibility, and accountability. Individuals are required who are both intrinsically and organizationally motivated, deliberately and routinely educated, and prepared and willing for the challenge of next-level leadership when both the lives and future of our nation is at stake.
