When Words Refuse To Be Anything Else, what do they become? Do they become people, poems, places, a requiem, a sermon, a type of tango, a disparaging banter, a story, a failed love affair, a museum, a bible, a god, a night of death and dying, silence, fear or contentment? This collection is a companion, a guide, a paper with many unanswered questions, a day-dream, and maybe a misnomer. This book shows how humans suffer, hunger, become shards, become dust, empty and incomplete, become beauty, and become light in and out of ourselves. In this collection, we repeatedly go from becoming wash waters to becoming pristine springs.
