Author Description
New from AMP Before her meteoric rise to fame, Courtney Love lived in Japan and became a huge manga fan. Her interest in Japanese comics led her to TOKYOPOP® where she collaborated with storywriter and music producer, D.J. Milky, to create her fantasy alter ego, Princess Ai. Princess Ai chronicles the amazing journey of a mysterious young woman searching for identity and salvation in this world and beyond. After finding herself lost in the streets of Tokyo, Ai must piece together clues about who she is, why she's on earth, and the secret of the heart-shaped box she carries. What the princess experiences along the way is an adventure filled with love, chaos, and unexpected fame. Princess Ai 2006 Calendar showcases twelve stunning, full-color images by talented manga artist Misaho Kujiradou. With manga becoming the hottest new genre today for teens and tweens, and Princess Ai being the number one graphic novel in the country, the Princess Ai 2006 Calendar is a must-have for any girl interested in romance, fantasy, and fashion. © 2005 TOKYOPOP Inc., Kitty Radio, Inc., and Misaho Kujiradou.
