The Astrological Guide: My Best Adviser, Grijalbo, 2001), she eerily foresaw a disaster that would strike New York's skyline and, coincidence or not, the World Trade Center was one of the buildings mentioned. This 2002 book serves as a monthly advice guide for every astrological sign. Giovanna lists unusual information for each of the 12 signs, such as signature scents, ideal geographic location, life mission, and psychology. The middle section of the book contains a helpful introduction to the moon's influence on the body and a monthly chart with dates and specific time slots in which the positioning of the moon will affect certain signs. For those obsessed with plotting their lives by the astros (stars), the latter half of the book predicts the best dates to ask for a loan, enjoy a romantic fling, start making a film, go to court, schedule an operation, plant a tree, etc. Giovanna's style is direct and lacks a lot of the flowery cosmic preaching that can be found in other visionary guides.
