This annual report is presented in 2 volumes. Volume I includes: a financial overview and a 10 year summary of the Government's financial transactions; the audited financial statements of the Government of Canada; a review of budgetary revenue and expenditure; an analysis of consolidated accounts, loans, investments, advances, specified purpose accounts, other liabilities, foreign exchange accounts, unmatured debt, and other information related to the financial statements. Volume II is published in two parts. Part I presents the financial operations of the Government, segregated by ministry while part II presents additional information and analysis.
