<p>This volume constitutes the refereed and revised post-conference proceedings of the 9th IFIP WG 5.15 International Conference on Information Technology in Disaster Risk Reduction, ITDRR 2024, held in Krems an der Donau, Austria, during October 14–16, 2024.</p> <p>The 18 full papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 21 submissions.
