<p>This volume constitutes the proceedings of the 20th IFIP WG 6.11 Conference on e-Business, e-Services, and e-Society, I3E 2021, held in Galway, Ireland, in September 2021.*</p><p>The total of 57 full and 8 short papers presented in these volumes were carefully reviewed and selected from 141 submissions.
