The Atlantic and Great Western Railroad connects with that road at Salamanca. The Atlantic and Great Western was finished from Salamanca to Corry before it was completed from Corry to Meadville; it was finished to Meadville within a year after it was finished to Corry; it intersects the Philadelphia and Erie, at Corry.
