Author Description

Collected here are early paintings by Günther Förg, including a 12-part series of monochromes from 1976 and a 32-part series from 1987, both executed in Förg's typical lead technique. Accompanying them are reproductions of numerous watercolor and color pencil renderings of architectural spaces.
