There has been a Skyline in Nissan's line-up since 1966. After many changes the Skyline found its sporting feet again in 1981 and 1986. The R32 Skyline GT-R name was revived in 1989 and has hardly been altered since. It has been very successful and has dominated Group A Touring Car racing worldwide.
