The Reports of Patent Cases represent the most comprehensive treatment of the case law of intellectual property currently available, covering designs, patents, trade marks, copyright and passing-off. The cases are drawn from a number of jurisdictions beside the UK, including Australia, New Zealand, India and South Africa, giving this series a truly international emphasis. In later volumes, decisions from the European Patent Office are given full coverage.
