Author Description

Sashiko, a form of Japanese folk embroidery is the most recent interest of mine. The thread adds a perfect amount of weight and creates this piece of art that I'm now obsessed with. Inspired by a friend's recent honeymoon to Japan I created this book Sashiko Embroidery-Inspirational Art brings beginner quilting guide, slow stiching, curve stitching techniques and a few simple DIY sashiko projects with step-by-step instructions.
