Author Description

Sculpting Thyself is part philosophical treatise and part memoir, in which self-dependency based on one's own perception is promoted over that of the world. The author, Mario Guerrier, through careful revision and analysis of his own life's experiences and observation of certain aspects of the lives of some of his acquaintances, has deduced that our perceptions and beliefs are the basis for our choices. Building on this philosophy he supports that each individual is encapsulated with the power to produce changes within the self in whatever aspect he or she so chooses. At a time when the simplest facet of life appears to be saturated with biases and eccentricity the need to tap into one's inner abilities and power over the self is evermore dire. Sculpting Thyself enlightens and if nothing reminds its readers of these inner powers many have often neglected to tap into.
