For almost 125 years, The News Journal has been a part of life in Delaware. Now, in conjunction with the Historical Society of Delaware, we offer you a second pictorial history of our state from the onset of World War II through our country’s bicentennial in 1976. This book is a reflection of the people, the places, the businesses and the events that shaped the lives of our ancestors and the future of Delaware.
