<p>The present work aims at understanding various dimensions of perfectionism. One of the major areas of study revolves around Affective and Cognitive dimensions of Perfectionism having a deep influence on bank employees. The study encompasses commercial banking system including both private and public bank in India. There are majorly three levels of bank's management system are investigated. The focus has been given to two types of perfectionism i.e. negative and Positive.<br></p>
