The Second Drop provides some detailed explanations of program elements which were not included in the earlier Central Lakes Region Solution. The initial steps needed to begin the implementation of the Regional Plan are demonstrated (Politics not included – though implied). Included is an economic overview and benefits of the application of Gravel Mining and Pumped Storage Hydroelectric Power Production to the Regional Plan. Expansion of recreational opportunities and the scale and type of infrastructure changes are discussed.
