This is a 50-year history of a community college that describe's the college's origins, its founders and its achievements. It recognizes outstanding contributions of the members of the community, faculty, staff and students, provides information about annual world, national and popular culture events, and contains humorous college and classroom anecdotes to amuse readers. Although emphasis is given to the years 1967-2000, there is an epilogue chapter that covers the major developments from 2001-2016.
