Author Description

This is a true adventure story, as well as I can recollect from sixty years ago. In 1963, two years after our first adventure together looking for gold in Northern California, my childhood friend and I got into our faithful old Jeep and set off to explore the Last Frontier, Alaska. Our only plan was to drive as far north in the U.S. as we could. Every day brought a new experience, some awe-inspiring and some challenging. It was an adventure we'd never forget.
