Above-normal temperatures are predicted for Texas and for areas west of the Continental Divide except for near to below normal over the Far Southwest. Precipitation is expected to equal or exceed normal over most of the Nation, except for subnormal amounts in the Pacific Northwest, the West Gulf States and the Upper Great Lakes.
