Ever written a book and decided it was time to release it? Ever release one before it was truly ready? This is what Keith Gorgon did, he released a poorly edited first draft. The subject matter: murdering pedophiles in his home town of Crow City, New York. It never picked up fame outside of the general area, until someone bought a copy and decided it was a great guideline for getting away with killing Crow City's sex offender population. Now a small town cop, with hopes of being a detective, tasks herself with trying to solve who is committing, above and beyond, acts of brutality against people who aren't exactly innocent. Burning, bludgeoning, lacerations. This psychopath has a penchant for making it last and making it hurt. And that is not the only thing she's trying to uncover. It has come to Lisa Tynsdale's attention that members of the police force are intentionally brushing certain acts under the rug, and ignoring facts of various murders taking place.
