Jay's cover story, crusty guidebook author, adds many insults to injury, but Jay will guidebook author the hell out of this assignment to get back to his comfy short-term ops job in Langley where they have air conditioning and single-origin chocolate.<br/>Then Jay stumbles into the late stages of a billionaire terrorist's audacious plan, only slightly more plausible than the plot of Moonraker, to reshape the planet's power dynamics in his favor.
