Farting is universally, socially, unacceptably acceptable no matter what part of the world you're from and Binh, a 11 year old socially awkward orphan boy finds this out when he gets adopted by an American family, comes to the United States, and almost immediately makes enemies with the most famous gangsters at Appling's Middle School and catches the worst disease you can have as an American boy in the 6th grade. Can farting make him acceptably cool and almost normal, or will he die friendless and alone from a disease that could've been cured if someone would've liked him enough to help him find the antidote?
