A collection of short stories and poems from the personal perspective of a Georgia veteran. Erich Earl Forschler grew up in Georgia and then joined the military, which sent him across the continent to Wyoming and then across the ocean to Iraq. Forschler tells his vivid, true stories in simple prose, with a brutal honesty in the details. This book will take the reader on a journey from Georgia to Wyoming and back, and then across the Atlantic Ocean, to the streets of Baghdad, Iraq and back.
