The compilation titled Decisions in Church Cases since 1946 (KirchE) publishes judicial decisions on the part of state courts in Germany with regard to the relationship of church and state and other problem areas involving religious interests. Since it was founded in 1963, the series has been published in collaboration with the Institute for Church Law and Legal History of the Rhenish Church at the University of Cologne.
