A book describing the purpose and use of the Air Mail Saves Time postage stamp cancellations and illustrating the cities and all thirty-two known types plus varieties. The cancelling devices were distributed to key post offices for use when significant air mail events were scheduled such as the 1924 inauguration of transcontinental airmail service.
