About the Author Edon Waycott teaches cooking in the Los Angeles area. Crowned the "jam genius" by Gourmet magazine, she makes and sells her own line of preserves for specialty stores and restaurants throughout Southern California. Edon adapted and tested the recipes for home bakers in Nancy Silverton's Breads from La Brea Bakery.
