This evaluation pack serves as a supplementary resource designed to assess student progress and reinforce language acquisition within the Auto French curriculum. The authors, Do Coyle, Michael Buckby, and Teresa Huntley, utilize a structured pedagogical approach that integrates native-speaker audio materials to support the transition from English-based instruction to full immersion in French. The pack provides a systematic framework for tracking attainment across the National Curriculum targets for beginning language learners.

The material suggests a highly structured, traditional approach to language instruction that prioritizes consistent auditory exposure and systematic curriculum alignment. Its focus on independent study and copiable resources indicates a design intended for flexible use within a formal secondary school environment.
