This road atlas of Britain and Ireland contains, along with urban area maps with inset town centre plans, a calendar of events for 1999 and a guide to Millennium sites and activities in the run-up to the year 2000. The atlas contains differing scales, these England and Southern Scotland - 3.2 miles to 1 inch; Northern Scotland - 5 miles to 1 inch; and Ireland - 16 miles to 1 inch. In small format it is bound with a leather-look cover with gold blocking.
