Regular inspections were also made to determine the earliest aphid infestations, and the first evidence of disease in Spring-sown grains. Dates on which observations of particular interest were noted are as follows: April 13 Aphid eggs, but no aphids, on Sorbus spp. Crataegus Spp. And Prunus Spp. In the Arboretum at Ottawa.
