This volume presents recent developments in robotics and factories of the future, covering various aspects starting from planning of automation to social and economic implications of robots in future industries. The contributors also systematically analyse problems related to modernization and automation of industries, to an integrated approach to education, research, training and the application of robots and computers in all phases of manufacturing.
