The Draft is a dystopian look at where conservative America's anti-women's rights would logically lead: a Brave New World with a woman's twist.<br/><br/>It's 2067. Why does Tim fear January 13th? He's lost The Draft four years in a row and is now raising four children. He's had to quit his advertising job, give up his fancy apartment, basically his life. What will this year's Draft bring?<br/><br/>In The Draft, after all abortions and contraception are outlawed in America, poor women were returned to the days of slavery. But an invention, an external womb, frees all women from the shackles of their bodies.<br/><br/>In this future America, where babies are gestated in incubators, the booming number of unwanted babies soon overwhelm adoption agencies and foster care. Women, no longer having to drop out of school or give up good jobs due to pregnancy, rise in power and are soon running the government. Embracing the Right to Life movement, the perfect solution for unwanted babies is devised: The Draft.
