It answers the demand of those who call for demonstration and this is its specific claim to public regard. It is emphatically what its title sets forth - a prac tical exposition of the tendency and proceedings of the Bible Society. It is an exhibition of its whole plan systematically arranged and dis played, not in theory but in efect.
