Employers always ask why do employees have all the rights? While that might be true, employers must ensure that they are familiar with their policies and procedures. They must comply with their contracts of employment and staff handbook. They should seek legal advice before dismissing an employee, and only after following the correct steps should they terminate an employee's employment.
