Everyone talks about leaders and leadership and provides many attributes a leader depicts; however, we don’t find many true leaders around us. Though everyone knows the traits and qualities of a leader, not many people can master those and apply them in real-life situations. That’s why, in real life, authentic leaders are scarce find.... This book is on Leadership & Management and different workplace Human behaviours and attitudes. It is also relevant to Organizational Design & Development (Organizational Structure) function and discusses the organisational Risk factors and the mitigation of those factors.... The other reason I have written this book is for knowledge creation. I believe in creating knowledge through observation, research, analysis, and then writing inferences.
