Miniature tough-guy, auto-slash-quantum physics mechanic Elias Spanner is the center piece in this "Untold History of Untold History". From Elias's work on the "Chicago Pile-1" project building the atomic bomb (and his clash with Enrico Fermi), to the top secret "Tesla Projects" that allows him to create a weather machine that ticks off Spearfish, South Dakota's Zombies, to a Time Machine that allows him to alter the future and safely return to the past, our pint-size hero encounters Einstein, J. Edgar Hoover, Franklin Roosevelt, two men claiming to be Douglas Adams, and beds and marries a curvaceous blond that goes by the name of Norma Jean. Some of us travel to the future and return to the present embracing knowledge and insight that only a few can hope to possess: others just pick up a lousy "Back to the Future" t-shirt. But with Elias Spanner, all things are possible.
