Author Description

Dr. X has written a non-fiction article advocating providing access to Medicare to all Americans. He gives an informative history of the health insurance industry in the USA and provides numbers and examples, both, personal and general, to support what he believes is the only practical solution to the health insurance chaos in the United States. He does not support Medicare for all, but does support allowing all citizens to apply for Medicare should they want to. Those who chose Medicare would have to pay a personally affordable premium to be determined by means testing.
