Designed by a 20-year teacher and behavioral scientist, Dr. Andrea Carter, understands, being great begins with being grateful. Research shows that individuals who practice gratitude daily have a more positive outlook and attitude about life and better well-being. This gratitude journal helps a child recognize all the greatness in and around them and teaches them to be grateful for it. Practicing gratitude doesn't have to be difficult. Children list three things daily that they are grateful for, draw a picture if they wish, and have 300 items of a recorded list by the end of the book, and that's all it took! At the end of the book, they can recall, read and repeat! As they continue to focus on the good, their life will continue to be better and better as it should!
