Author Description

This manual is produced by the Santina Gusmini Association, which has been working in the Eastern Province in Zambia for many years. It was written in collaboration by two Italians, a psychopedagogist and a doctor, and three qualified Zambian teachers. The combination of knowledge, skills and experience made it possible to produce a manual that can be used in all those countries where teachers, due to the distance from all basic services, are completely alone in running an early childhood education class. Thanks therefore to Alice, Florence, Genesis Paola and Rita. We hope that their work will be useful to those who experience a similar reality.
