X Section 6. Be it enacted by the authority aforesaid, That all laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act be, and they are hereby, repealed. EXHIBIT "C." AN ACT entitled an Act to amend Section 45ii of the Code of i895, and for other purposes. Section I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Georgia, That Section 45ii of the Code of i895, be amended by inserting between "issue" and "the" in the second line, the words "to recover sums in excess of one hundred dollars." And by striking "the Superior Court, Judge of the County Court, or Justice of the Peace or Notary Public or ex officio justice, of the Peace," contained in the third, fourth and fifth lines, and substitute the words "a court of record in this State." Insert between the sentence ending with "due" and the sentence beginning with "when," in the seventh line, of said section, the following sentence, to-wit: "When such claim is $i00.00 or less such an affidavit may be made before a Justice of the Peace or Notary Public, who is ex officio Justice of the Peace," so that when so amended...
