
"BHAGWANYOG" is a practice that transcends physical body to spiritual enlightenment. This yog was taught by Bhagwan, Parmatma to Yogi Shri Anil Acharya (Mathur) Ji in the way Parmatma speak to us, with our Atma and this is the same which was taught around 5,000 years BC to the mankind..
