Author Description

I was uprooted from Houston, Texas, and transplanted in Sulphur, Louisiana. I now thrive in a wilderness of a city when compared to the grandeur of my former garden. If I were a plant and not a person, this would classify me as a weed. Through this reflection, I realized the world casts a shadow of judgement, not only on people but also on nature. For this reason, I have taken up the case of plants within my jurisdiction by giving them a voice.
