Giving respect to southern rock lyricist, Ronnie Van Zant, a man for common and street folk. I want to thank him for his words because if they weren't ever said, no one would ever know the southern sound. I thank Allen Collins for giving the unique sound for the band. When you think about it that Every Mother's Son, who has been lost in war or lost in a rock band, has a tear that was shed for them. They were loved, and no other woman could enjoy them as much as their mother. When I think about the words of Skynyrd, I think about what was lost and what they have given. I will listen to their song because there is so much feeling behind the words. In the words of Ronnie "Well, there ain't no place like home....well, you better listen to my song....and lord, I can't make any changes." Ronnie was looking for a "peace of mind." I seem to give him honor and respect in my project. Ronnie is Lynyrd Skynyrd. I'm glad his songs will never be forgotten
